Why we don't ask who you are
Most classified sites treat your account as the product. You sign up, you get a profile, and the platform learns what you're selling, roughly where you live and when you're home. We went the other way. There's no public profile, so there's nothing for strangers to mine. Your ad is a page on the internet. Your inbox isn't part of it.

Questions people ask before posting
Do I need an account to post on MingList?
Posting uses a one-click Google sign-in so we know where to forward replies — no password to remember and no public profile page. Browsing and replying never need an account.
Can buyers see my email address?
No. Buyers send a reply to a relay address on the listing page, and MingList forwards it to your real inbox. Your address never appears in the ad, and you can close the ad when you're done.
Is MingList free?
Yes. Browsing is free and posting is free. There's no promoted slot to buy and no fee taken from a sale, because we're not involved in the sale.
Does MingList check listings or handle payments?
No to both. We don't verify users or inspect listings, and MingList never handles payments — you and the buyer arrange that between yourselves, in person. Read our safety tips before you meet anyone, and report anything that looks wrong.
